I appreciate and acknowledge your logic and calculation.
But there are scenarios where not all the shares are issued.

So, assume a market cap of $100 million, but 1.3 billion shares are
issued, then the market price should be 0.077 cents.

You feedback on my logic will be appreciated.

SmittyInvestor... no random OTC trader without inside info can possibly know exactly how or when the O/S may increase. Until company filings and/or news is released with these details. Market cap is calculated based on O/S. But the receiver can't just dump billions of shares out of the blue. For two reasons. 1) affiliates cant dump restricted shares willy nilly because of Rule 144. And 2) If they did then the stock would be at no bid before they could sell even just 1B shares with no news. I am holding this one because it is a lithium play with a tiny O/S. The rest is up to the company how they proceed. All jmho.
