Their refusal to address shareholders concerns is what is driving the sell off. This is uncalled for and harmful to their RegA offering assuming they truly want to get the best deal. This whole situation is just so stupid.
There's a rule in OTC trading: "When things are good, a company gets chatty. When things are bad, they clam up." They are clammed up tight. Something is not right.
