Years more of testing before a negative or positive decision.

FDA is dragging their feet because they know they cannot

approve a cigarette as a stop smoking therapy.

It appears the government is XXII's biggest customer. I've owned XXII for years and to say that I'm extremely disappointed is a massive understatement. FDA needs to make a decision, and soon. I'm tired of all this endless "testing".
