Until either you need the tax deduction of 100% of the purchase price by declaring your position to be worthless from inside of your brokerage account OR either the SEC or FINRA delists the ticker so the stock is no longer publicly tradable, then you may as well just continue holding indefinitely just in case something profitable happens.
The probability is that nothing will happen, but if you can afford to continue holding, why not?
