Go to coinmarketcap.com and enter BEACH. You will see the metamask address for it on the left with the metamask logo. Copy the address. Go to Metamask and make sure you are in Ethnet. On assets scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on import tokens. Click on custom token at the top of the page and enter that address you copied. Click import and you will see them.
