OTC Markets has it labeled Dark or Defunct

Trades of $.000001 going off as people dump shares out of their accounts.

The website is gone.

Hudson has gone to ground. The last pr was "INDEFINITE SUSPENSION OF CORPORATE OPERATIONS DUE TO COVID-19" with no follow up since then, 3/30/20, over a year and a half ago.

Hudson can't be bothered to update the Business Description at OTC Markets and we know what's there it's untrue.

Encounter Technologies, Inc. owns and operates hospitality properties in the Central and Western United States.

ENTI owns and operates nothing.

And since the A/S is maxed out there's no way he can raise cash to do anything. So, if he ever does crawl out of his hole, he'll either raise it so he can dilute shareholders or do a R/S which would wipe them out altogether.

So, I'd say it's not looking too good here.
