INO INO 4802 is a "vaccine candidate" Lakers W. You keep forgetting to put the word "candidate" in there.
Someone reading your message here would think INO 4800 and INO 4802 were already vaccines. They are not. Inovio hasn't been able to make an approved vaccine in its 42 year lifetime.
