That calculation is obviously wrong.

It is like me saying,

3.5M shares Preferred = 100k shares common

Anyone can make up numbers.

The actual conversion rate is in the filings

1 preferred = 164.393 common <= 0.01/0.00006083

All preferred would convert to 575.376M common
