Per 10Q:

The Company has entered into Consulting Agreements with the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, the wife of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, the mother of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and other service providers (see Note 4 – Accrued Consulting Fees).
