I figured as much because nobody in their right mind should want to be selling their shares under .03 for any reason! Hopefully that puts us very close to completing the Reg A offering! I would love to see the accounting on what has been received and how much remains if any at all...? Our CEO mentioned over a month ago that their was only a little more dilation to go!
