Rg, I think you would know more about the technical nuances of the drug industry. So I differ to the much more educated in the field on the board.

Seems to me, if the news was negative ANIP would have announced it at the end of day. Less people around to pound the stock late Friday afternoons.

As for Mallinckrodt they talked about a strategy to mute the sales erosion from from competition. This might be part of it.

The fact there's literally zero news on the subject available makes me wonder if Mallinckrodt adjusted the label to differentiate trade vs generic even more.

i think you might be onto something rg. also ani has always stated that this is not a generic but a competing brand.I ALSO REMEMBER NIKKI SAYING DURING THE HEALTH CONFERENCE FIRESIDE CHAT, THAT THEY CANT SAY ANY SPECIFICS AND THAT MALLINCROKCT IS NOW TAKING THEM SERIOUS!
