This is an OTC listed company and the SEC calls for reporting in a timely manner. This is where it can get fuzzy.
"Timely Manner" can get interpreted in many different ways such as end of quarter, within the year and just making excuses on why something never was filed or filed late. Remember this is the OTC, not a small or large cap. Yes they could receive a call from the SEC and get reprimanded but by that time the money has been made and they will just be more carful in the future. Happens frequently in the OTC.
Bottom line all of these shares are not coming from retail and while the price of oil increases other companies in this sector are seeing share prices at new highs. I'm open for opinions on why this company's share price has been on a downtrend in such a hot sector.
Maybe IR needs to get the word out on the "Great Potential" of this company or tell someone to turn the tap off. I know I'm not the only one following this company that feels the same way.
