I’m trying to explain that the company posts disclosures via the otciq portal. When they post it and it’s available to the public is the same time it’s available to the otc markets people to review. There’s no chance it’s being reviewed by otc markets if we can’t see it.

Also, they’ve known they needed it. It’s let of the alternative standard requirements. I haven’t kept up on gdet. Last time I was in it Larry was ceo. Didn’t he just leave because of legal troubles? Im guessing that’s got something to do with the attorney letter oversight.
