This is a tool for them to gain more capital for other projects/projects at hand, hence why it’s a public company and not private.
Private sector or companies that already have everything, yeah that’s how they should operate.
The announcement are “juicy,” but scanners/traders are looking for volatility with an announcement and without $$$ in the announcement, people that utilize scanners will click on the announcement, scan for some financial numbers, not see any and go onto the next one.
