The $250 million comes from a Market Fail to Deliver of immediate release divvy's. They were late. Cost $$$. Then 32 Million Replacement shares. There was a SEC complaint.

Assumption (Equity stake without taking a position) on the 32 million. I'll have to assume those 32 million and 468 Million Divvy's IOU's have the same DNA. Then Gummy Bears added over 10 years. Some would say we had a Ghost writer for several years where I come from aka proxy writer.

I'll have to assume DWAC is the 1:1 Boat many have been waiting on.

The DWAC SPAC should come out of this move ....aka Management shares. 49,990 short at $2500 - $70 = $2370 X 49,990 = $121,475,700.00 / 100,000,000 = $1.21 per. Someone said $1.24 where I come from pre IPO.

Either way Ball Park fuzzy math...You'll have to find your own seat. I am just give a speculative ride to the Ball Park.
