There's some big red flags starting to creep up IMO. They haven't released any 8K's about the acquisitions, despite claiming one deal is closed. The news of the deals has only been published on like one or two sketchy penny stock news sites. You'd think if these were real acquisitions valued at $185m and $240m they'd be on all the big market channels like CNBC and Fox Business for christ sake. They're no where. Maybe time to take a step back and evaluate how real this company is.
