Nader defrauded shareholders telling us a “complete” BLA was submitted to FDA…PERIOD; in fact there were 2 PRs because there was an issue with the initial submission.
If Amarex did substandard work that is no excuse to submit an incomplete filing to FDA. The timeline was self imposed. Why didn’t Nader have a rolling review of where Amarex was in the process? Why didn’t he know what was going on with the most important event in the history of Cydy to they point in time?…Huge milestone.
By the way, I also KNOW that Nader was advised to have an expert review the work of Amarex and like all other advice ( including not using Amarex to begin with) was ignored.
