Only 1 trade for 17k shares today at under 3 cents. All the other buying occurred over 3 cents. I also noticed today on Level 2 a big bid came in. Maybe someone knows something. I will continue to accumulate on any selling.

You could always contact the company and get in on a 2cents offering, they must be running low on funds by now.

Cecil must almost certainly be getting ready to door knock, if he hasn’t already.
Although it will be tough finding new marks , considering the amount of investors he burnt at .25cents the last time he was rattling the can ! Lol
