A group I contract with once in a while is still f'n with a few hundred thousand dollar contract in an "enlightened" Middle Eastern kingdom, for redoing some manuals. Not a few million. Like dealing with a bunch of used car salesman (no offense to the car salesmen). They did not get the capital by being easy sells. Not looking for much out of the whole crew. Just sayin'
