A possibility but I do not bet on that.

There are a lot of companies of all sizes tapping in the 'plant base' food market and yes I expect some kind of consolidation in the short term future. The fact that KOMOF doesn't yet report its financials renders it somewhat less likely that it will be an ideal buyout candidate.
