ARAI revenues have yet to be reported on the books...don't think most investors following this from afar realize that...they will only likely jump in if they see it run...thus we don't get the price we should be at now anticpating that increase. You can blame the CEO for that. He could be providing updates on occupancy rates and operations occasionally to let everyone know how the business is doing....but no ..we just have to wait for the financials to tell us that
