No Business was conducted, the meeting was terminated due to missing votes.

The dummies at Cytodyn know this was caused by the 13D yet they left the date of record as Sept 1.

They should have made the Date of record today. The shares dumped or lent out for shorting by the 13D would not be held hostage.
