#55405 RE: scaryharrysafari #55404

I like to think of myself as grounded, but I'll go on and answer as an enthusiast since after all.. I am an owner.
The most imminent catalyst has to be Durango Solar Project. The company has guided that shovels will be in the ground by year-end and has reiterated that we are "on track" quite a few times since then. 2 months is not a lot of time... so that's great!

UL stuff is exciting, and the 23.5% panels look great, but I just don't know what to make of that. It's a slow process... which is good for barriers to entry once we actually get there.... but until then.. Who knows? So... I see UL and proprietary panels as icing on the cake now.
That's also how I see RI and the medrecycler. Could happen any day, but could be years, or could be not at all. It SHOULD be imminent.. and in fact.. should have never gotten to this point.... RI was way out of bounds. That said, looking at it objectively and taking right or wrong out of it. They could potentially delay it for years. Sad state of our justice system, but it is what it is.

So... those are two things that I'm pretty excited about... perhaps even more excited than Durango, but I believe Durango with ground-breaking within 2 months is most certain and imminent.

For the record, I added a few shares today and might get a few more tomorrow.
