Dalton gave himself 1.1 billion shares which nearly doubled the O/S, so yes, structure changed

people simply don't take him at his word ...he said no change in the float...hasn't changed? he said no change in the capital structure..hasn't changed? he said so many things..and all have come true..

but there was a news release with a time frame and guess what? as usual, nothing materialized
