It's not an exact science.

But here is another strange thing. We know why earnings are so low, right? Because they didn't include earnings from the 5 plantations.

But here is the really strange thing.

Depreciation and amortization.

 2020  $277,885

It's so low... And, it is down, year over year.
Up until now we assumed that roughly half of the assets is related to the 5 plantations. But these numbers suggest something else. These numbers suggest it could be much more. These numbers suggest we are selling MORE to parent than just the 5 plantations. Could it be Hemp plantations? More orange or fruit?

So that in the end there will be only some $10M of intangible assets remaining. That would make a lot more sense.
