Just buy shib from Coinbase app. You don't need to transfer to wallet it just costs you more money.

You convert your eth to shib in the wallet app with the convert then select your eth on left and shib on right choose max. I wish I could add pictures to help you.

Yeah you have limited buys as a new account and cash needs to be settled Forst so usually takes from Dollar to ETH or other crypto about 3-5 business days to complete
