Honestly no idea as far as specifics. All I really know is the Powers that Be here are spending the time and money to get the filings up to date for what we can only assume will be a merger coming.

Nothing new to report. OS and AS has stayed the same. Looks like there was one big market order today that went through and that spooked a few more people into selling.

As for a website as far as I know this company has never had one as of the last year or 2. Last I talked to my contact there they were still looking for and vetting the right company to merge with and were shooting for September for that to take place...and of course it is my opinion that they would never have spent the money they have to update filings unless they were wanting to do a RM here.
