3rd quarter report just out. Company had $211,000 in CD's as of 9/30. I'm sure that has all been converted by now.

Overall the balance sheet isn't bad, over $1M in assets only 300K debt.

Auctus looks like they were paid off June 22nd.

Insiders hold most of the CD now, so it looks like the MMs are in fact shorting this, will take a nice position here tomorrow.
