It’s moving up just fine. Higher highs and higher lows nice and steady just like a bullish stock should trade. Steady up is better than radical moves up anyway. You should put your buy order in at .092 if you want to buy at the low tomorrow.
It’s a strange phenomenon. Back when I first started trading good news used to send a stock up but it seems to be an upside down world. good is bad and bad is good. It would seem like especially now, with the SEC clamping down on everything that would change, maybe it just takes time.
