Yea it’s definitely true. These hedge fund managers do the same kinda stuff sometimes. He was just low hanging fruit and made an example of to deter this kinda stuff in the future. I doubt he gets the maximum sentence probably gets a plea deal after he snitches on others that did the same thing as him.
