Anything is possible down here in the OTC.

Even with the new rules and regs, one just has to wait a little longer for MMs to load up shares before seeing a profit.

For all anybody body knows, They could have completed the reg a and the MMs are now trying to recapture shares at a discount to be able to make a nice profit.
