Just because the company made that statement doesn't guarantee they payouts will happen. I can imagine something like this coming out one day:

"We tried our best but unfortunately there were too many obstacles to overcome."

Now, since MSSV received the LOI and didn't compensate LAHO shareholders for it, that opens a giant can of legal worms for all of them.
