#22624 RE: HighPeaks #22623

The reg A has to have specific terms.

I’m not indent of computer but if I can recall it was $10 million or 1 year from the time of reg A

Now from the time it started, over a months span they traded close to $30 million in dollar volume….so even if 2/3rds of that was flippers and what not the remaining 1/3rd would have hit the $10mill mark fairly quickly.

Nobody can truly know besides the company or the underwriter that’s doing the offering but I’d say that we have to be either close or done, due to how the MMs keep rotating high bidders.

“Normally” when I see that I just park money in and wait for the move.
It should go up pretty high, come down and MMs steal shares, then shoot back up to break new highs then churn back down. UNLESS….fungy and their other projects start producing revenues quickly. That’s when this actually could run far.

The two things that stand out greatly:
1. The giant RS in which dilution was expected BUT then Xavier basically extinguished all the debt owed to him…this cleaning the balance sheet up.

2. The reg a offering is done for raising capital for the purpose of acquisition or an injection of cash flows into projects that are on the cusp of becoming reality.

Either way….best thing you or anybody can do at this point is wait and keep loading shares cheaper. It’s truly the only way to make real money with swings in the otc as I’ve yet to meet one person that could pick a dead bottom and the ONLY PERSON that was ever close to picking them at bottoms accurately was my mentor. And he’s by far the greatest otc investor I’ve witnessed with my own two eyes.
