back in the 60's 70's early 80's there was an orgainiztion founded by Rickad Reno. HE published the Real Esate News Observer. He would list brokers who did creative real estate, often exchanges etc. That was before the 1984 change to the IRS code 1031 when it took a lot to do an exchange, oftn 3 or more properties. I was listed 3 times. Did my forst 3 leg exchange with another broker in 1966.
