You’ve read all the postings of the correspondence people have received. I too have received similar emails from them. As you said, this was supposed to happen in July and here we are in November and in all of those emails the implication is that since this has never been done before none of the three vendors know how to handle it or can agree on how to handle it. Therefore, this could go well into next year or beyond or never. They have given no indication that this will be resolved soon like they did back in July.
