Anyway, looking at his first attempt, the one with his handwriting on the top... He has both NO boxes marked..

The YES says that the status had changed from the previous reporting..

So, he is saying it was a shell in March but but but but... I thought it wasn't a shell.

The attorney's letter said it was a shell in 2019 and 2020 but not in 2021.

I conclude that although it is currently not a shell, it was a shell in 2020 and 2019.
