with Remark’s 4.4% stock ownership of Sharecare, at Sharecare’s current stock price $7.42, Remark’s holding is valued at $110 million, at Sharecare’s 52 weeks high $12.81, Remark’s holding is valued at $190 million. That’s just Remark’s holdinhg of
$SHCR alone not counting any of its revenues from their AI technology. If anyone still thinks Remark’s current $200 million market cap should go any lower, They should not be suprised when the market goes Bullish instead.
