Who knows, maybe some people are trying to take this all the way down to no bid...lol That would be a kicker. Typically, once No Bid is reached, unrecoverable. Just my observations of past ones.
So far no bid is safe. It has shown that there shouldn't be this many shares at 0012/13 left but there is. 900M traded at 0018 or higher yet willing to let it drop. The AS did increased. CEO already got his $10million. Now CD will convert any their own pleasure. 10billion at 001 = $10million. They are happy to dilute at 0005 to 001 since they already sold a bunch higher.
