You seem to be experienced so I'll pose this question to you
(Or anyone else that may have the answer)
I was in the process of trying to buy an NFT. I 1st had to buy USDT and convert to BNB. I was using my metamask wallet. I couldn't do anything with the USDT I deposited in there. I have worked for 2 straight days to try to correct the problem. I sent emails to everywhere. Metamask did get back to me but didn't solve the problem. I emailed them again and no reply.
At this point, I'm pretty f*cking frustrated! I went on Telegram and searched for metamask. There was a Metamask official site and I had 2 individuals contact me. One had me go to blockchain-nodes.net which requested my key words. I knew this was fishy but I did anyway (cardinal sin...) The other said I need to go to dapps-syncs.online abd had me do the same.
I got 2 notices from Metamask that there were 2 deposits of ETH made. One of these 2 cleaned out my metamask of my USDT and SNG. I quickly deactivated my Ledger Nano S from the old account.
I created a new metamask wallet and connected my Ledger Nano S to it. I checked my Scanodes site, connected to the new wallet but it said I had no delegations.
I'm not sure but would I need to connect my Ledger wallet to the "Old" account to check again? I am concerned about doing this as I don't want to get cleaned out. The majority of my assets are on the Ledger wallet.
I remember I use to laugh at people who fell for scams...Now I laugh at myself!
Any advice? Anybody
