I'd like to ask you a question as a Level 3 distributor. I can see a great deal of emphasis on the part of the company in the petroleum area, in your opinion, is the company providing the support needed by its distributors.

Don't get me wrong, I believe tremendous growth is possible with petroleum, but I also believe that most distributors were focusing on the sanitary advantages of HOCL in all sorts of applications. I've asked the question of whether crystalline HOCL will be an advantage, or disadvantage to the Level 3 distributors. Are Level 3 distributors being set up to make the crystalline form?

I would still like to know if hospitals won't be better off purchasing the electrostatic spray units and other units giving them the tracking capability, but purchasing the crystalline HOCL rather than the generator which requires having the salt. It seems to me that just adding water to the crystals is easier than running the generator unless there is a major cost advantage to generating your own HOCL.
