--Eddie Vakser is the sole officer/ director named for 6 of his 7 tickers. The exception being AURI which has 25 year old Jason Perley listed as a token CEO on OTC. However, he was removed as "President/ Director" by Eddie in SOS filings in April.

The combined O/S of all 7 tickers is well north of 100 billion. There is absolutely NO ONE else on the bench to step in should the "sole officer/ director" of these tickers become incapacitated or deceased!!

IMO it's exceedingly rare that a person charged with a DUI hasn't offended many times before they got caught.
