Ever occur to you that it "closes" when PPS hits .0175 (which happens to be the agreed upon figure for the Restricted shares portion of their deal)?
If this SafeBus thing is a true acquisition, perhaps Stuart Brad Barton allows some money to flow onto Atwec's books to at least get PPS to that level. Then watch those 80M shares magically hit the Restricted tally IMO.
I don't believe Q3 will suck as bad as u think...obviously Q4 will be much better but Atwec was 1 of only 4 approved providers on that official list early on - and there were some that bought between 7/1 and 9/30 !! See, they MUST buy/install them by 12/31 to comply with Florida LAW. Most procrastinate but not all
