I never understood, after listening to the previous meeting, why they wouldn't just go ahead with securing a loan and getting the mine ready to immediately deliver the goods.
It has always seemed like it was done backwards. A lot easier selling something you already have than selling something that you couldn't deliver until many months later (especially with the volatile pricing that has gone on.)
The start up costs seems minimal compared to the amount of money to be made. The product is there, and the amount in the ground has been certified. Get a loan, build whatever is needed, and start digging.
