Due diligence or what the people down here called D and D comes from attorneys, accountants and MBA's who have direct access to the corporations documents legal papers financial statements and managment and upper management to conduct a thorough investigation. Down here you're going to have many conspiracy theories from high schoolers, con artist and pure criminals (inside and outside the company) fluff tweets fluff postings even on the SEC in forms of 8 k's which mean absolutely nothing. There is no other DD then Twitter accounts and an a/s reduction. With a recent shell risk. So everything combine equals most likely a merger scenario. With share reduction and debt cancellation. So until we get share holder letter it’s going to be all hype. Shareholder letter should give multiple avenues for DD explanation IMO.
