What you wrote is very true. Also, there are many investors at fault as well. Greed and a fast buck drives most in the OTC, seeking that elusive, almost non-existent, pot of gold. If people had more knowledge, or wanted more knowledge, a lot of scams would never get of the ground. All of the aforementioned is only IMHO.
