The only party that reports anything to EDGAR, after the Form 10 is filed, is the SEC DIVISION. No EDGAR request is needed by “The Company”.

Not really important to know when it will be effective or not, and any comparison with other companies is futile.Just wait and see, cuz many different SEC rules are intertwined, and new rules been implemented lately

Better focus on trading other stocks to add here, when the time is right, instead of posting tons of guessing info all day long, imo.
