Depends on what you mean by short term... but it is at least 18 months so half 1 2023 at the earliest.

It is very unlikely they will take marketshare from Nvidia in the short term. Tech bear market!

Intel will start selling discrete graphics in the first quarter, you literally can't buy a discrete graphics card right now, Intel does not have to have the best cards they just have to be available, and the first batches will almost certainly be made by TSMC.
