Excellent Find. I did notice that the "attorney" said that previously it was a SHELL in 2019 2020 but wasn't now.

Just checking, it wasn't there before? It probably wasn't but I find it astonishing that it wasn't.

Wonder if the "latest filing" going back to the ANNUAL filed in 2019 (when it used to show March 31 2021)

and the "shell risk" are related.

The Shell Risk designation indicates that a company displays characteristics common to Shell Companies.

In the latest documents and in the attorney letter it was finally admitted that HPIL is in fact a shell and was a shell for at least the 2019 and 2020 time period. now its interesting that the while the attorney admitted this, he also stated it was his opinion that it is not currently a shell. Here is the issue, the filings actually state that HPIL is a shell
