Think about it, bid @3 was 1.8 billion, then another bid @2s was 1.6 billion, the Ask was only 30 million @ 4s most of the day. Those bids sitters new already to wait because they will be field @3 &2s . Definitely someone inside information on the timing notes , basically when they will come up. This should be investigated.
