Remember charts indicate they do not dictate. There still physically has to be a run on the 4s but first we need to see the bid stack to over a billion. So the chart can look the way it does for a very long time. In fact it looked like that for weeks when it toggled 3/4 and then there was a collapse. Then we saw a rush that got us back to where we are now. That rush stopped and we are toggling again between 3/4....Something has to change the dynamic and it isn't going to be a chart even though it is set up just right. And I use charts we still need some entity in the back room to force the dynamic...
